ONLINE STORE ORDERING FOR THE HOLIDAYS  

IF THERE IS A COUNTDOWN DISPLAYED THAT IS YOUR DEADLINE FOR ORDERING.

IF THERE IS NO COUNTDOWN DISPLAYED, ORDERS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 24, 2024.  

ORDERS PLACED AFTER NOVEMBER 24TH WILL NOT BE DELIVERED IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS. 

For certain items, including but not limited to custom uniforms, lead times can be longer than fifteen (15) business days. For example, custom hockey sticks can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive from the manufacturer.  Lead times can vary for brand name items and/or promotional products as well.

Returns

To return a product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at Customer Support and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned: All non-embellished apparel and equipment can be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

What cannot be returned: Due to the nature of decorated apparel/products we do not except returns or exchanges on decorated apparel/products. However, if your decorated order arrives and is incorrect or flawed please contact us for a replacement or refund. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return. 

Returns for refund: Must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
